Parco Nazionale dell’Asinara – Area Marina Protetta “Isola dell’Asinara” will process the personal data conferred by the users using mainly computer and telematic methods, for the purposes provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), in particular for the execution of its powers and tasks of public interest.
OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE THEIR DATA
Failure to provide the requested data in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk *, does not allow to proceed with the provision of the requested service through the site.
DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
The data will be used for as long as necessary to provide the requested service.
Thereafter they will be kept in accordance with the regulations on the preservation of administrative records.
